Dr. Jamilla Butler Stafford’s bio in her own words, “Currently, I work as a school psychologist in a middle school in New Jersey.  In my role, I support special education students by developing and overseeing the implementation of individualized educational programs. I have been working as a school psychologist since 2006 except for a brief hiatus when I attended Palmer Theological Seminary from 2012 to 2015. I earned a master’s in theological studies and also met my now husband Bryan. We married in 2014 and have a three year old daughter. My favorite aspect about the work I do is engaging with children and supporting them.  I always knew even as a kid that I needed to work with kids. I also knew I would only feel fulfilled in a career where I help people.  In addition to working with my students, I enjoy when I can help a parent navigate the educational system and support them as they support their child in school.”
